Sennheiser HD600 Earpad Spacer Extra Ear Clearance

Description:

Adapter/ring for Sennheiser 600-series headphones. It moves the earpad outward by about 10 mm, adding extra space between your ear and the driver.

Useful if your ears currently touch the driver cover or inner foam.

Fits headphones using the standard Sennheiser oval earpads, including:

• HD 6XX
• HD 650
• HD 600
• HD 58X
• HD 580
• HD 660S
• HD 565
• HD 545

(and others with the same pad mounting system)

Function 

The adapter fits between the headphone cup and the earpad, pushing the pad farther from the driver. It works with your existing pads (stock or third-party) and uses the original mounting method.

Printing notes

• I changed the supports settings to make them easily removable by hand
• Use Matte PLA  for the best look IMO, i used PETG as it what i had availible, still looks great.

Installation steps

1. Gently pull off the supports with your fingers by going in circles around the adapter until it breaks free - they should release cleanly in one piece (no tools required).

   

2. Remove the original earpad off the headphone.

   

3. Place the foam disc back on the driver and push the adapter onto the cup until it clicks into place, securing the foam in the process, you should hear a click
