Unlike most horizontally printed drawer models, we use vertical printing to perfectly avoid the problem of insufficient FDM layer adhesion, making the drawer structure more stable, with stronger load-bearing capacity, so you no longer have to worry about it cracking during use
Mortise and tenon structure + trapezoidal slide rails, zero installation threshold 📦
The drawer bottom plate adopts a mortise and tenon structure, combined with a trapezoidal slide rail design, allowing for quick assembly and installation after printing without additional tools, just align with the slots. Even beginners can easily get started, bidding farewell to complex assembly processes~
Detachable separate slide rails, solving noise from the root 🔇
The drawer box and the slide rail backplate of 3D printed drawers are often printed in the same direction, and consistent layer lines can cause noticeable friction noise when pulling😫. We innovatively use a detachable separate slide rail design, allowing the drawer box and slide rail to be printed in different directions, thus eliminating noise from friction between same-direction layer lines at its root. It slides smoothly and quietly, so even late-night work won't disturb your family's rest~
- Dual stops + magnetic positioning, full of details ✨
- The front end of the slide rail has limit bumps to prevent the drawer from being pulled out too far, which could cause items to spill out, avoiding embarrassing moments 🙅♂️
- The end of the slide rail has positioning blocks, so even if the desktop is slightly tilted, the drawer won't slide out automatically due to gravity, staying perfectly stable
- Reserved magnet slots (default magnet diameter 8mm, thickness 3mm). After installing magnets as needed, push the drawer in and it will automatically magnetically close, feeling great
Dual installation methods, adaptable to various scenarios 🪛
The model has reserved screw holes, so you can choose between screw fixing or double-sided tape adhesion for quick installation. Even those who are not handy can easily install it~
