RC Aircraft Stand – Super Stand II Clone
Print Profile(1)

Description
A 3D printed design inspired by the classic Robart Super Stand II (#402), a fully adjustable model aircraft / boat stand.
The stand consists of two parts: the upright base and the V-cradle pads. The cradle pads friction-fit onto the top of the uprights and can be rotated to suit the shape of your aircraft's fuselage, no hardware, no glue.
The pole holes through the sides of the base can be resized to suit whatever dowel or tube diameter you have available, cheap and easy to source from any hardware store.
The original Robart is injection moulded foam. This printed version gives you the same proven design in a more durable material of your choice.
Compatible with any size fixed-wing aircraft, small gliders through to large warbirds, and model boats.
What you need to supply: Poles/dowels, pick up cheaply from any hardware store. Resize the pole holes in the model to suit your chosen diameter before printing.
Print details: 2 parts — print 2x cradle pads, 1x or 2x uprights depending on your setup. Supports required. PLA or PETG recommended.
Credit: Heavily inspired by the Robart #402 Super Stand II. Fan project for personal/hobby use.
Boost Me (for free)
If this stand saves your model from a tumble or makes your bench life a little easier, a boost would mean a lot, it helps me know the design is working for people. Cheers!
