Boost Me (for free)

Boosts are always welcome, of course. I can also provide other sizes upon request.

Since the correct size for download was not yet available for me, I simply created these myself. Compatible with D-Line's half-round cable ducts.

Currently available in 20mm x 10mm, also known as Micro+.

Set includes:

  • Inner corner
  • 2 different outer corners (round or angular)
  • Connector

If you want a different size or arm length, please leave a comment; I created them very generically in my software.

I recommend printing these in white PETG. White PLA does not have the good coverage that PETG has. PLA is also generally fine.

The profile is optimized for quality, hence the somewhat unusual arrangement. Specifically, the inner corner has modeled supports in Bambu Studio, as the object would otherwise break during printing.

These are great and I look forward to printing them! Would you be planning to make the splitting version too? I.e., imagine hole at the top and on the left and right. I so desperately need that as I got a cable coming down from a wall speaker to the skirting board, but got no way to connect it to the rest of the D-Line that is following along the skirting board.

I could do that, but it will need a little time, since I‘m on Holliday since yesterday. Gonna be back in middle of June, than I would do it.

That would be amazing. After some research, it seems they are called "T bends"/"T junctions" - just to be clearer. Also curious if it takes much to make your designs compatible with the 30x15mm D-line trunking. Is that literally just scaling the design up 50% you reckon? I guess I would need to check how the D-Line 20x10mm and 30x15mm differ. Hopefully the original designs for each are identical. Enjoy your holidays!

Just upscaling propably does not work, since you also scale up the walls and so on. I will have a look about the bigger one, should not be an big issue. I made myself a reminder to look into it when I‘m back home.
