This is a heavy-duty, drop-in wall mount specifically designed for the DeWalt 20V Max XR Cordless Trim Router (DCW600) utilizing the factory clear sub-base.

Unlike generic ring mounts, this shelf features a custom-profiled 6mm inset pocket that perfectly cradles the extended flat back of the router's base. This physical keying locks the tool in place, preventing the top-heavy 20V battery from twisting or tipping the router off the shelf.

Key Features:

  • Drop-In Design: Simply place the router into the pocket. No sliding tracks to jam.
  • Bit Clearance Hole: Features a 55mm center bore so you can dock the router without removing your bit or collet.
  • Clearance for 20V Batteries: The shelf depth is calculated to keep bulky DeWalt batteries from rubbing against the wall.
  • Concealed Support Gussets: Structural triangular supports are tucked entirely underneath the shelf, leaving the top wide open for easy docking.

Print Settings & Recommendations: To ensure this mount can safely hold the weight of the router and a heavy battery over time, please follow these structural settings:

  • Wall Loops: 4 (Crucial for structural strength)
  • Infill: 30% Gyroid
  • Material: Use PETG, ASA, or ABS for long-lasting durability.
