Description
This miniature football was developed as part of a 3D design challenge to create multi-color sports balls using only flat-printed parts.
The model uses a color-separated structure that allows each piece to be printed in the optimal orientation, producing smooth curved surfaces without supports or waste.
Design Features
• Multi-color design without AMS
• Smooth curved geometry with parts printed in optimal orientation
• Optional keychain version
• Realistic football details and proportions at 1:5 scale
Assembly Instructions

- Insert the center connector through the football body.
- Slide the two stripes onto each side of the connector.
- Attach the end caps to close the football.
- Insert the lace piece into the slot on top of the ball.
Press it firmly against a hard surface until it fully slides into place.
If the model is used as a keychain, applying a small amount of glue to the end caps is recommended.
For a more realistic football appearance, try Bambu Red Granite filament, which creates a speckled texture that closely resembles the look of leather.
