Kerfur Head for Carbon 13

Made the Kerfur Omega head compatible with the new Carbon 13 action figure!  Same size as the Dummy 13 version, so previously printed face plates will fit on this version as well! Should fit both the Type M and F style C13. Also included a shorter neck joint, normal sized one gives it a very long neck otherwise. 

Standard profile is at 150% scale, I will try to add a 100% scale soon.
