I don't know what Toyota forklifts this will fit but if your missing these pockets here you go. They fit in easy and i just did a little strip of double stick tape so the wouldn't rattle.
print orientation was for a little faster print and getting the top to look good. But they will print any way you like.

profile is for PETG generic so if you set it for a faster one print times will come down
third print file is to print them both on one plate, for the app users
