This adorable chibi penguin has been designed with FDM makers in mind. It combines a simplified "Low-Poly" style with "Kawaii" charm for a piece that looks amazing and is incredibly easy to print. It's not just a decoration; it's proof that good design can be simple.
✨ Main Features:
- Adorable Chibi/Kawaii Style: Large expressive eyes and simplified details that make it irresistible.
- FDM Optimized Design: The geometry has been refined to minimize difficult overhangs.
- Large Adhesion Base: The wide, flat seating surface ensures the model stays firm on the bed, reducing warping.
- Smooth Print Profile: Large, rounded details help hide or enhance the natural texture of FDM layers.
🎨 Print Settings Tips (FDM Optimized):
- Material: PLA (matte black, white, and a touch of orange/yellow for the beak and feet). Silk or glitter filaments also look great on it!
- Layer Height: 0.16mm or 0.2mm (0.16mm for better facial details).
- Infill: 15-20% (Gyroid Pattern for a strong and fast pattern).
- Walls/Perimeters: 3 perimeters for better surface quality.
- Adhesion: The base should be sufficient, but if your bed is problematic, use a 3-5mm brim.
- Scaling: This model scales very well. If scaled down (<50%), it might require minimal supports under the fins.
