Im a hobbyist with ambitions. You can find me here and on other Platforms. My main Platform is TikTok. The time for my Website is rare so please do not expect too much updates. On TikTok you should find daily videos about 3d printing and my Journey! Please consider following me and keep asking questions, i will try to help everybody as long as i am able too!

About this model

A good friend asked me to create a 3D model that can be hung on the wall. I did that, but many new ideas on the topic came to me, which I also implemented. This is one of the many different models I have developed and implemented. I simply felt like making a Doomslayer, so I captured humanity's most legendary and last defender since 1993 in a wall relief. In a beautiful 4-color PLA Silk, even if there certainly would have been better alternatives.

The necessary supports for this model are minimal. The model prints well! Of course, you can create color variations as you wish. I will also implement and upload other dog breeds! So stay tuned for everything else that's coming! Meanwhile, other animals like cats are also planned.

I deliberately chose the scaling so that the model remains printable even with an A1 mini. Of course, it also works at a significantly higher scale. However, since you would also enlarge the cutout for the screw when scaling up, I left this cutout as a separate negative model and did not integrate it into the main model. So you can scale the cutout separately to the desired size. Here's a short tutorial:

Scale hanger correctly

If you want to scale the model itself larger, please note that the cutout for hanging will also scale. This may become too large or too small, depending on how you change the scaling. Here's a guide on how to get the cutout to the desired size!

Step 1:

Measure how large the cutout for the desired screw needs to be. Use a caliper or a folding rule or a ruler here! Note down the determined value!

Step 2:

Select object “Wandaufhängung Loch.stl” in the object overview! and display the model in the Slicer from below.

Step 3:

Set the outer width to the outer width of your screw +0.2-0.4 mm, so that you have a certain tolerance and do not damage the model when hanging it!

In this example image, we would therefore have to set the value for “X” to approx 8mm.

Step 4:

Position the hanger where you want it! Don't forget to also move the hanger along the Z-axis so that only a small piece protrudes from the bottom of the model. Please ensure that the model for cutting is correctly positioned so that it does not print incorrectly! The lower smaller area of the cut model must protrude from the actual model; the upper thicker area must disappear within the model!

This model was fundamentally created with AI support and further refined and edited in Nomad Sculpt. This is not a pure AI model; the AI was merely used as support, yet several hours of work still went into it! I would be delighted if you continue to support my work and follow me! I plan to create a complete wall art series, so it's worth following my account here! You'll get all the news first on Instagram and videos about content and more on TikTok!

I look forward to you and your ideas!!!

If you like my work there are a lot of way how to support me!

The easiest and most direct way is to leave a boost…

Boost Me (for free)

The most easy way to support me and my work! Due to the many boosts i recieved here i was already able to safe my printers and my supply of spare parts more than one time! You keep me running and every single boost helps! Let me thank you all for your consideration!

You can also support me with a membership! They start at the lowest tier possible here on makerworld. For just 3 bucks a month you can force me to continue uploading more and new models ;-) I wouldn´t be able to leave a month without new models when there are people who support me with their hard earned money… LoL therefore im to well educated ;-)

Also you can use my Amazon links in the descriptions, when i tell which Filament i use! Links like this here:

Buy PLA Filaments on Amazon

But the most convenient way to support me, without paying anything is to follow me on TikTok, leave some likes, share some videos and spread the message that im there!

If you are a designer, you can also contact me to show your models, if you are a shop or manufacturer feel also free to reach out! Im here to show people the beauty of 3D printing and sharing my journey in this hobby. Showing off what others can do is also part of the game! Support ist kein Mord! (support is no murder, we say in germany)
