We modeled it to the same level as the real thing through precise 3D scanning and reverse engineering.

① Self-release when Cooled Down

: PEI is an excellent material for 3D printing applications due to its ability to withstand the repeated heating and cooling cycles of a printer heatbed. Prints come off easily when the temperature of the heatbed reaches room temperature, and we always recommend waiting until it reaches 35℃ or lower. If the print is still adheres to the plate, simply bend the steel plate and the model will fall right into your hands.

When assembling with an existing spool, it may feel slightly stiff. This is an intentional design feature, and it will become smoother with use.

When drying filament, You must use at least PETG. (If drying is not required, PLA is also fine.)

If using AMS-HT or a high-temperature dryer, use ABS.

⑥ Printout size

: All holes are modeled to be the same size as the actual size or slightly larger. However, shrinkage may occur in the printed output. Therefore, if you require precise hole sizes, drilling may be necessary. This is optional.
