Are you looking for an Organic Chemistry model? I got what you need.
5 and 6 member rings? I got what you need.
Carbon in all its forms? I got what you need.
Single and double bonds? I got what you need.
SP3, SP2, SP3D orbital bonds? (think Sulfur or Phosphorous) I got what you need.
Nitrogen? Oxygen? I got what you need.

The colored versions are in groups of 6 so you are able to print by “object” if you have an AMS.
The gray objects are raw single objects that can be duplicated as needed. I recommend using the “mesh boolean” command to join objects as needed to reduce filament color changes. (do NOT join the single/double bonds it will lock up the slicer)
The Single and double bonds are tapered so they fit with minimal support removal.
The hole that prints down needs to be reamed slightly with a de-burring tool, you can also rotate a knife in the hole (if your feeling dangerous)
everything prints with a press fit other than the down facing hole.
note that the 5 member ring's “outside” is marked with an X and still has good press fit.
