This chain doesn't do either. It holds your keys for your truck with the Forgiato sets.
The .3mf has the keychain loop as a separate part; if you want to to make this a pin or a coaster or whatever, you can delete it. It's all yours. Once you download the .3mf, it's out of my hands.
