Tinbot Esum Removable License Plate Holder
Print Profile(1)

Description
This license plate holder was specially developed for the Tinbot eSum and is designed to be quickly removable yet securely fastened. The holder is secured with magnets (10 × 2 mm) and an M6 screw (30 or 35 mm), ensuring a secure hold while allowing the license plate to be easily removed when needed.
Installation is additionally carried out via the small plate in the 3D-printed profile, which is screwed through the small hole in the rear frame of the Tinbot eSum. This ensures the license plate holder is precisely positioned and securely attached to the vehicle.
The modular design allows for easy assembly and disassembly, without major modifications to the vehicle being necessary.
The prototype was PLA printed by me, which generally works and is sufficiently stable. However, for permanent use – especially due to temperature, weather, and vibrations – PETG would be recommended as a material, as it is more durable and heat-resistant.
⚠️ Note:
This is currently still an ongoing project. Design, dimensions, or fastening solutions may still change or be further optimized in future versions.
