Mit einer Schichthöhe von 0,2 mm eignet es sich ideal für dekorative Modelle, Figuren, Schriftzüge und allgemeine Alltagsdrucke.Die Linienbreite wurde leicht angepasst, um eine stabile Haftung zwischen den Bahnen und saubere Oberflächen zu gewährleisten. Die erste Schicht wird mit einer breiteren Linie gedruckt, wodurch die Haftung auf dem Druckbett verbessert wird und das Risiko von Warping reduziert wird.Für stabile Außenflächen werden 2 Wandlinien verwendet, während die obersten Schichten mit hoher Dichte und monotonem Muster gedruckt werden. Dadurch entstehen gleichmäßige, saubere Oberflächen ohne sichtbare Linienunterbrechungen. Die obere Schale besteht aus mehreren Schichten, um geschlossene und glatte Deckflächen zu gewährleisten.Stützen sind standardmäßig deaktiviert, können jedoch bei Bedarf automatisch aktiviert werden. Bei Aktivierung nutzt das Profil Baumstützen mit einem Schwellenwinkel von 30°, um Überhänge effizient zu unterstützen und gleichzeitig Materialverbrauch sowie Nachbearbeitung zu reduzieren.Durch die ausgerichtete Nahtposition werden sichtbare Nahtlinien minimiert, wodurch das Modell eine sauberere Außenoptik erhält.Dieses Profil eignet sich besonders für:<ul><li>Dekorative Modelle</li><li>Schriftzüge und Logos</li><li>Figuren und Mini-Skulpturen</li><li>Allgemeine PLA-Drucke</li></ul>Es bietet eine zuverlässige Druckqualität mit guter Oberflächenoptik, ohne die Druckzeit unnötig zu verlängern.
