Interchangeable Faceplate Styles

This stand includes four different faceplate options, so you can change the look depending on the style you want:

• Patterned Faceplate
  A subtle retro groove pattern that echoes the look of vintage radios and appliances.
• Wavy Pattern Faceplate
  A flowing wave pattern that adds more visual texture and depth while still fitting the mid-century aesthetic.
• Build Plate Texture Faceplate
  This version prints face-down so the front picks up the texture of your build plate. It’s a simple way to get a clean, uniform surface finish without post-processing.
• Leather-Ready Faceplate
  A smooth version designed to work well with materials like adhesive leather or vinyl wraps. The example shown uses a leather wrap to give the stand a warm, vintage look similar to classic camera gear or mid-century electronics.

You can easily swap faceplates to experiment with different materials, textures, or finishes.

Base Options

Two different base styles are included so you can choose the look and function that fits your setup.

• Flat Base
  A clean, minimal base that sits flush on the desk. This version keeps the stand visually simple and works well if you prefer a more integrated look.
• Raised Base with Feet
  This version includes four small feet that slightly lift the stand off the surface. The raised design adds a bit more mid-century character while also helping with stability and giving the base a lighter appearance.

Both versions include the same cable routing channel for the charging cable, so you can choose whichever style you prefer without changing the rest of the assembly.

Printing Notes

This model prints well with standard settings and minimal supports. The design was created with smooth surfaces and gentle slopes so it comes off the printer cleanly.

For the retro look shown in the photos, try:

• A main body color with a contrasting accent ring
• Cream, brown, red, teal, or beige tones for classic mid-century vibes

You can also experiment with matte or satin filaments to recreate the look of vintage molded plastics.

Assembly

Insert your wireless charger into the corresponding charger ring and route the cable out the back channel.

Next install one of the 4 included faceplace options and press firmly. 

Install either base options into the bottom recesses. 

Lastly, slide the accent ring down over the body into place.

All items are designed to be snap-fit but super glue may be neccesary for the base due to slight differences in print tolerances.
