Adjustable Floyd Rose Tremolo Stop (Parametric)

A minimalistic stop for Floyd Rose-like floating tremolo systems for use while tuning or fix the tremolo in place permanently. The distance between the tremolo block and the cavity wall is changed by rotating a thumb screw, allowing for a few millimeters of adjustment in both directions. For permanent installation, the plate can be attached to the tremolo block with thin double-sided sticky tape.

Before printing, measure the distance between the tremolo block and the cavity wall while the tremolo is in a neutral position, then dial in the corresponding parameter into the model (tremblock_to_wall). 15 mm is the minimum supported distance and 20 mm is the default. While not strictly necessary, it is also recommended to fit the plate to the dimensions of the tremolo block for cleaner look (tremblock_length and tremblock_height parameters).

The thread is designed to be tight enough to retain the screw position while not under pressure. If the fit ends up being too snug, increase the thread_fit parameter and re-print the plate. For easier adjustment, first release the pressure with the tremolo arm.
