HJÄLPA Gridfinity Base SnapClip 60x40cm Drawer

My first model upload. This is a remix of the “Gridfinity Base Snapclip Systems” by MHDesign (https://makerworld.com/de/models/1034973-gridfinity-base-snapclip-system#profileId-1100293).

This is a perfectly fitted Gridfinity solution for the 60x40 cm drawers of the HJÄLPA series for IKEA cabinets. Since I haven't found any solutions with an adequately fitting shape for this drawer size, I created this remix. This was printed on a Bambu Lab P2S printer and thoroughly tested. Based on the cover image of this print, you can see that the cutouts on the left and right were adjusted so that this Gridfinity solution has little play, but also no risk of resting on the inner edges.

The following printing method is recommended here to completely fill the drawer:

2x 5x5 - Grid
1x 2x5 - Grid
2x 3x5 - Grid
1x 2x3 - Grid
1x Connectors

Additional note: Print the connectors as best as possible using the High Quality profile or manually at a lower speed if a 0.4mm nozzle is used).
