Description
Introduction
This is a parametric tool developed based on OpenSCAD. It is not just a simple cost calculator, but a digital label that can be printed and displayed alongside 3D models. By simply inputting parameters, it automatically calculates material, electricity, labor, and logistics costs, and renders a futuristic 3D report in real-time.
Parameters
1. Project Basic Information
- project_id: Project ID.
- project_name: Project Name.
- language: Interface language switch (supports CN Chinese or EN English).
- font: Font selection (defaults to Noto Sans SC).
2. Filament Cost Parameters
- filament_price_per_kg: Filament unit price (yuan/kg).
- model_weight_g: Model net weight (grams).
- waste_rate: Estimated waste rate (%).
3. Energy and Labor Parameters
- print_time_hr: Total print time (hours).
- printer_wattage: Printer operating wattage (watts).
- elec_price_kwh: Local electricity unit price (yuan/kWh).
- labor_cost: Fixed labor/service cost (yuan).
4. Logistics and Packaging Parameters
- packaging_fee: Packaging material cost (yuan).
- shipping_fee: Shipping fee (yuan).
5. Model Geometry Parameters
- scale_factor: Overall model scale factor (used to adjust label size).
- text_depth: Text extrusion height (mm).
- base_thick: Base plate thickness (mm).
- r_size: Corner radius of the four base corners (mm).
6. Visual Appearance Parameters
- color_base: Base background color.
- color_header: Text color for title and project information.
- color_info: Text color for detailed parameters in the middle.
- color_total: Highlight color for the final total price.
