3U HDD Enclosure for 10-Inch Rack (Jonsbo N1 Cage)

This is a custom 3U hard drive enclosure designed specifically for 10-inch networking racks (built around mklements Lab Rax). The enclosure houses the 5-bay aluminum hard drive cage, fan and backplane from a Jonsbo N1 case.

Bill of Materials

• 1x Jonsbo N1 5-bay HDD cage including the original backplane & fan
• 17x #6-32 Short Threaded Inserts
• 17x #6-32 Phillips Pan Head Machine Screws
• Noctua NF-A8 fan
• 4x Noctua NA-SAV3 (or Anti Vibration TPU Screws)

Print & Assembly Notes:

• Print profile omits supports for honeycomb pattern (oriented with tips at 12 o'clock and 6 o'clock). As long as your cooling fans are running, your printer will bridge these without support material.
• PETG or stronger recommended
