Perché usarli? Evitano lo stress termico continuo sui carter e preservano l'integrità dei cuscinetti definitivi durante le numerose prove di montaggio e smontaggio.

Versioni incluse: Ho progettato due varianti per adattarsi a ogni esigenza di precisione:

  1. Versione “Tolleranza Lasca”: Entra ed esce dalle sedi con estrema facilità. Ideale per controlli rapidi e misure ripetute. La trovi direttamente nel file .3mf e anche nel primo file stl.
  2. Versione "Tolleranza Stretta": Richiede una leggera pressione per il montaggio. Perfetta per chi cerca la massima stabilità e precisione millimetrica durante la misurazione dello squish. Disponibile nei file .stl.

Consigli per la stampa:

  • Materiale: PETG (consigliato per resistenza e leggera elasticità).
  • Layer: 0.15mm o 0.20mm per una finitura superficiale ottimale.

Need to measure squish, check port timings, or verify clearances on your Piaggio moped engine without ruining your brand-new bearings? These PETG faux bearings are the essential tool for every tuner.

Why use them? They prevent repeated thermal stress on the crankcase and preserve the integrity of your final bearings during the many mock-up cycles required for a high-performance build.

  2. "Tight Fit" Version (High Tolerance): Fits with a bit of pressure. Ideal for those seeking maximum stability and pinpoint accuracy during squish tests. Available as separate .stl files.
