Here is my Tiny Notebook Pen, probably the smallest printable pen on MakerWorld.
It prints in about one minute and is designed to fit a 11.5 x 7.5 x 1.3 mm ballpoint pen refill. I used this one: (link).

I originally designed it a long time ago, back when I was still printing with my old Ender 3. I always carry a small notebook with me to write down ideas, but a normal pen felt too large for such a compact notebook. So I made this tiny pen as a simple and practical solution.

Small, quick to print, and still genuinely useful even today.
