Aya Collection — Caapi & Yagé | Self-Watering Pots & Planters
Inspired by Banisteriopsis caapi, a sacred vine native to the Amazon rainforest, used for centuries by indigenous Quechua and Shipibo peoples in ritual and healing ceremonies. The vine is known for its distinctive spiral growth — twisting as it climbs toward the forest canopy — a form that carries deep cultural meaning: transformation, connection between earth and sky, the living energy of the jungle.
That same twist lives in every rib of these pots.
Caapi takes the wide, grounded silhouette — rooted, settled, low to the earth. Yagé reaches upward in a fuller sphere — the same vine, the same pattern, named for its journey.
Each model comes in two sizes. Within each pair, one carries the ribs twisting left, the other right — a subtle mirror that makes them feel like two parts of the same living thing.
Dimensions
- Caapi Small — 173 × 173 × 110mm
- Caapi Large — 249 × 249 × 159mm
- Yagé Small — 165 × 165 × 140mm
- Yagé Large — 235 × 235 × 200mm
⚠️ Do not scale these models. Each file includes custom Bambu Studio modifiers for internal wall structure and layer height transitions that are tuned specifically to the original dimensions. Scaling will break these settings and affect print quality and structural integrity.
Note for your plants:
For best results, you can add a cotton or synthetic wick through the insert into the reservoir. The wick helps draw water up gradually, improving consistent moisture delivery and absorption at the root level. This keeps the growing medium evenly hydrated, reduces watering frequency, and supports healthier root development without the risk of overwatering.
