Tired of your Liquid I.V., LMNT, or Zipfizz packets jamming in standard holders? This model was custom-engineered from the ground up to solve the "puffy packet" problem! 🛠️

🖨️ Recommended Print Settings

For that "Heavy Service" durability:

  • Walls: 3 Loops (for maximum rigidity) 🧱
  • Infill: 15% Gyroid (stronger & faster) 🌀
  • Layer Height: 0.20mm Standard 📏
  • Pro Tip: Turn your Skirt OFF to fit comfortably on an A1 Mini plate. 💡

📦 Plate Configuration & Printing Instructions

To ensure maximum quality and fitment, this model is split into 2 Plates:

  • Plate 1: The Dispenser Body 🏗️

     

    • Crucial Note for A1 Mini Users: This model is 179.2mm deep. To fit it on your 180mm plate, you MUST go to the "Others" tab in Bambu Studio and set Skirt Loops to 0. If you don't, the slicer will give you a "collision" error.
    • Orientation: Prints standing upright.
  • Plate 2: The Precision-Fit Lid 🧢

     

    • Orientation: Prints flat. This lid includes a 3.5mm clearance for a smooth, frustration-free slide.
    • Pro Tip: If you're feeling fancy, use a different color for the lid to give your kitchen that extra pop! 🎨

🛠️ Assembly & Use

  1. Slide the Lid On: The 3.5mm tolerance ensures it slides on easily even if your printer's flow isn't perfectly calibrated.
  2. Load the Display: Slide a "sample" packet into the front vertical vertical slot so you always know what's in each chute.
  3. Fill it Up: Gravity does the rest! The 15° internal ramp keeps the packets moving toward the front.
  4. The Pinch: Use the mirrored finger cutouts (top arch + bottom tray notch) to easily grab the next hydration stick.
