Extra Medium One Wheel Footpads | +XR Frame

This is a footpad designed for use on one wheeled balance boards, made on frames that are compatible with the old Onewheel+ XR rail specification. They are compatible with WTF rails from The Float Life, as well as the X7 and X10 rails from Fungineers. 

These footpads mimic the mild concave shape of the original SureStance Pro Fusion wooden footpads, with the kick angle slightly reduced. This mild concave shape offers a middle ground between flat footpads and more severe concave shapes. Certain aggressive concave pad shapes can lead to foot fatigue and pain (in my experience), and this shape avoids that while still contouring to the foot. 

Included in this publishing are shapes for both front and rear pads. There are version with status LED cutouts for compatibility with the Fungineers Thor301/400 box designs. There are also version with the sensor wire routing channel on either side, for routing with either Funigneers/Pubbox locations or standard XR style box locations of the connector. 

The print plates in the 3MF file contain modifier objects to add rigidity at the central area of the pad. This is because I believe rigid footpads are important for the structure of the board and protection of the enclosures beneath them.

The end holes in this pad are meant for heat set inserts of either M5 size or 10-32 thread size.
