Flange Alignment Tool – Conical Alignment Pin (3D Printable)

This flange alignment tool is designed to help align pipe flanges quickly and accurately during installation and maintenance.

The alignment pin features a conical tip specifically designed to guide and center the flange holes. The tapered shape allows the pin to enter slightly misaligned holes and automatically bring the flanges into perfect alignment before inserting the bolts.

Suitable for M10, M12, M16, and M20 holes. Ideal for mechanical, plumbing, or piping applications where accuracy is critical.

The threaded section and knurled nut allow easy tightening and removal by hand, providing a secure and comfortable grip during use.
