The internal light is a LED tube 90cm length , you can find it online at this Link
The external tube is made of transparent plexiglass, 60mm External diameter, 54mm Internal diameter, 93m lenght.
I don't have a link to recommend, because I bought the tube at a DIY store in my area

BIC is the trademark of the French company Société Bic.
