Description
This Hidden Drawer Add-on is a discreet concealed drawer designed to be attached directly under the bottom of an existing drawer – especially well-suited for the IKEA ALEX drawer unit.
Once installed, it creates a hidden compartment that is barely visible during normal use.
The compartment is ideal for securely storing small personal items such as cash, USB sticks, SD cards, or important notes (e. g. a crypto seed phrase).
Thanks to its flat and compact design, the drawer fits under many drawers in desks, cabinets, or dressers – particularly well under the drawers of the IKEA ALEX.
Installation:
The drawer is glued to the underside of the drawer bottom. You can use double-sided tape or a strong adhesive such as 2-component (2K) glue. For the best and most durable result, I personally recommend using 2K glue.
