Description
3D Printed Tile Leveling System
This 3D Printed Leveling System helps with clean and level tile installation
It ensures that adjacent tiles remain at the same height and prevents unsightly edges between tiles
Additionally, the system also serves as a 2 mm joint spacer
Suitable for tiles up to 15 mm thick
How it Works
The system consists of two parts:
- Wheel (reusable)
- Screw
The screw is broken off after the tiles are laid and dried, therefore, it must be reprinted for each use
The wheel can be reused repeatedly
Tip
It is recommended to first print and test a small quantity before producing larger quantities
This allows you to check if everything fits your specific tile type and print quality
Notes
The screw is designed as a predetermined breaking point so it can be easily removed after the tiles are laid
