Throttle Body Cover Plate (54mm) KTM LC8

After almost starting the engine with the throttle bodies covered by an oil rag, I decided to create this throttle body cover plate to prevent engine ingestion of rags.
 
This throttle body cover plate uses a TPU o-ring for a tight seal, preventing foreign objects from entering. It is sized for 54mm throttle bodies. Parameterized FreeCad project can be provided on request to easily change the throttle body diameter. I would also consider creating the same for different diameters, color and branding if requested.

54mm is suitable for KTM LC8 engines used by KTM street and adventure motorcycles. Fits perfectly on a 2018 KTM 1090 R and 2023 KTM 1290 Super Adventure R.

The cover plate is comprised of 3 printed pieces and one #6x3/4" pan head screw.  The screw can be eliminated by gluing the two PLA/PLA+ pieces together. The main body is two pieces, printed in PLA/PLA+, to remove the need for supports, but if one piece is desired, simply merge the two in Bambu Studio. The o-ring is TPU and printed with 0% infill to allow compliance / compression during installation.
