THE MODEL :

Step into the shadows with this exquisite Baroque-inspired cat mask. This design masterfully blends the sharp, elegant lines of a feline face with intricate, swirling acanthus patterns. It evokes the timeless allure of Venetian masquerades and Gothic aesthetics. With its deep-etched scrollwork and majestic silhouette, it is the perfect accessory for high-end cosplay, themed balls, or as a striking piece of wall-mounted art for your cabinet of curiosities.

Proven print settings :

  • Material : Matte Black PLA (achieves a professional carved ebony or antique leather look).
  • Infill : 5% (keeps the mask lightweight for comfortable, long-term wear).
  • Nozzle : 0.4 mm.

Important Note : Don't hesitate to change the scale of the model in your slicer to suit your needs. Resize it for a custom fit to your face or scale it up to create a bold, decorative statement piece for your interior.

INFORMATION:

A common question is: why do these prints require supports when they could be printed lying flat?

For my designs, I deliberately choose to print them standing upright rather than flat, in order to achieve the best possible level of detail. I prioritize visual quality over saving a few grams of filament.

Of course, you are free to change the print orientation in your slicer if you prefer.

FILES :

All models are available for download in 3MF format. We recommend using Bambu Studio (Bambu Lab's slicer), as some specific modifications may only be visible within this software.

beautiful design but the support settings may want revision. literally took me 45 minutes to remove the supports and it damaged part of the print. I appreciate that it was stable for the whole print but needs more separation between support and actual print to facilitate removal. would definitely recommend reslicing in bambu lab rather than printing directly from handy. love the design and after getting the dremel out to clean up now that the supports are removed I expect it will be beautiful.
