Printing Notes:

1. Bridging flow is recommended to be set to 1.5 (default), otherwise the top layer of the stopper slots at both ends will be uneven.
2. The U-shaped rollers and bearings have been updated for compatibility, and can be pressed in easily. If installation is difficult after printing, it is recommended to adjust the U-shaped roller size: +0.5~1mm.
3. Print connectors and stoppers with 0.12 thickness to ensure installation accuracy. If the thickness is inaccurate, you can adjust the connector thickness during printing: ±0.12mm (or multiples of 0.12).
4. The curved part in the middle of the spool holder will have noticeable layer lines, which can be slightly improved by adjusting variable layer height, or by printing with 0.12 thickness.

Installation Steps:

1. The seam position of the U-shaped roller will affect spool rolling, so it needs to be scraped smooth beforehand.
2. After pressing the bearings into the U-shaped rollers, install the washers at both ends of the rollers (see figure below), hold both ends and place them into the spool holder, then insert the pins.
3. Since plastic bearings do not have a locking function, one side will rub against the spool holder, so when installing on an expansion bracket, the smaller washer ends should be installed opposite each other, to avoid interference between the two rollers.

Spool Holder Connection: Each connector has 2-3 size adaptations, simply adjust the slot position according to the spool width.

Stoppers are currently compatible with:

1. 39x30x29.5cm extra-large sealed box, up to 5 spools (1kg spools).
2. 5.8L rice bucket, supports 50-72mm spool width. The 3 stopper slots can be adjusted according to the actual width.
3. Independent stopper, 108mm long, 8mm embedded, 100mm net length, multi-purpose. The model can be modified, cut as needed, or trimmed after printing.

Expansion Accessories:

1. Hygrometer/Thermometer holder, compatible dimensions: 44-46mm wide, 17mm inner thickness, can be installed horizontally/vertically on the stopper.

Spool Fixing: Fixed in the box via screw holes (76mm spacing) or stoppers, see figure below.
