Description
The casing is suitable for internal resistance meters TS457, 459. It features a dual-purpose test design, allowing for separate use of a test stand or test clips with wires.
Mounting accessories: M2*5 screws*4, M2*9 screws*2, small Kelvin clips*2, other accessories self-provided.
Considering the volume, the screen tilt angle is not designed to be very large (you can add rubber feet at the bottom to increase the angle). The front shell has an 8mm button switch hole, and the back cover is designed to store Kelvin clips, with 2 wire holes for the test stand, a wire hole for test clips, and a glued Type-C female connector hole.
Since transparent material is used, there is no light-transmitting hole designed for the charging board. For non-transparent casings, a luminous Type-C female connector or an integrated charging female connector can be used.
The built-in lithium battery can be directly attached to the back panel of the internal resistance meter. If using 18650 batteries, simply remove the back panel of the internal resistance meter for placement.
For convenience with the test stand, I borrowed the stepless adjustable stand from 'Zhan, Endless'. Plate 2 is the modified file and can be printed directly.
Other test stands can also be used, requiring only 2 mounting holes with a 60mm spacing.
The main body of the casing requires no supports, but the back panel needs supports.
