Stark Varg EX Numberplate Holder

This is a custom-designed license plate holder specifically engineered for the 2025 Stark Varg EX.

If you’ve tried mounting a standard California motorcycle plate to the factory rear assembly, you’ve likely noticed that the stock metal bracket holes simply do not line up. This model acts as a direct replacement, providing a perfect bolt-on fit without the need for drilling or "making it work" with zip ties.

Fitment & Dimensions

• Bike: 2025 Stark Varg EX
• Plate Compatibility: Verified fit for standard California Motorcycle Plates.
• Plate Dimensions: Designed for the standard 7" x 4" (approx. 178 mmx 102 mm CA plate.
• Hole Spacing: Matches the specific Stark Varg EX rear fender mounting points and standard CA plate hole centers 5 ¾" horizontal.

Print Recommendations

• Material: TPU (95A or similar) is highly recommended.
• Why TPU?: Off-road riding on the Varg creates significant vibration. TPU provides the necessary flexibility to prevent the bracket from snapping under stress or during minor impacts, and it acts as a natural dampener to keep your plate from rattling or cracking over time.
• Infill: 25-30% (Gyroid recommended for multidirectional strength).
• Walls: 2-3 walls for durability.

Installation

1. Remove the OEM metal bracket that causes the misalignment.
2. Reuse the factory hardware to mount this printed bracket to the bike.
3. Secure your plate to the bracket using standard M6 or 1/4" plate bolts.
