Description
A mount to hold standard paper towels rolls that can attach to Molle panels approximately 15mm wide. I have tested it on an RSI SmartCap Molle system, but would fit any Molle panel around 15mm width. This has a clip so that it won't pop off on rough roads, or when I open the side doors to my SmartCap.
