This project provides a mounting support for the Sunlu S1 heater model.

The component keeps the heater in the correct position during TPU printing operations, directly feeding the print head.

Material used for printing: PETG HF

The Sunlu S1 heater can be purchased on Amazon (often on sale).

I used the newly created S2 adapter, thank you @Enricomazz for creating this. I find that this will work great! I did make a couple of my own tweaks to it to give it some ventilation on the sides - whether it's needed or functional, I still like the looks of it a little better. A little feedback on the model. The bottom section of the S2 doesn't exactly line up with the upper section - something I didn't catch before printing. The bracket is a little long for the S2. It doesn't really bother me, but something that could be adjusted with the S2 if so inclined, otherwise, it's fully functional. The slide of the bracket and holder was really tight. I'm not sure if it slightly different size or misaligned a little, but I did have to hammer it on. I don't need it to come off so, again, I'm not concerned. Overall, I really hope this solves my issues with TPU printing and having it feed better while in the dryer. I've provided pictures for reference.

I think this is great and was looking for a solution for my sunlu - except that I have a s2. Any chance you'd be able and willing to make the plates adapted to the s2?

Yes, it is feasible because the bracket slides apart and can be created for the S2. I just need to find the 3D model of the Sunlu S2 and then I'll publish the variant.

Hi, I have a question: does this mount also fit the P2S? Sorry, I'm completely new to the world of printers.

would per fantastic also having a variant for the sanja riser, i immagine something like a mod for sanja riser to attach frontly for tpu and lateral for normal use/stand on the side of the printer like this one: https://makerworld.com/en/models/2505011-p2s-riser-sanja-3d-filament-dryer-holder?from=search#profileId-2754210
