Blade Guard for Navimow i-Series – Compatible with Enlarged Blade Disc, Extended for Better Wheel Protection
This blade guard was specially developed for the Navimow i105 (fits all i-series models, including i205) and allows the safe use of an enlarged blade disc
Here is the suitable blade disc with max cutting width
The design extends the protection area of the original blade guard and at the same time ensures significantly reduced wheel contamination, as the guard has been extended to the rear
The blade guard is designed to be:
- mechanically stable
- offer a precise fit for the Navimow i105
- have optimized wall thicknesses for a long lifespan
- work smoothly with the extended blade disc
The geometry was designed to be easy to print while offering high rigidity with minimal material usage

🔧 Assembly Instructions
- The blade guard is mounted at the original attachment points
- After assembly, ensure that the enlarged blade disc runs freely
- Do not overtighten screws to avoid tension in the component
