Speaker design is quite challenging, especially tuning the sound quality which took a lot of effort. I hope for your support!
I designed a 4-inch labyrinth speaker with excellent sound quality. It can accommodate a 4-inch full-range speaker or a 4-inch coaxial speaker. It features deep bass extension and minimal cabinet resonance
I. Small Size
The speaker dimensions are as follows: height 175mm, width 120mm, depth 135mm. The labyrinth length is approximately 800mm. The speaker cutout diameter is 91mm, mounting hole spacing is 82mm x 82mm, installed from outside to inside. Specific dimensions are as follows:

II. Large Size
The speaker dimensions are as follows: height 250mm, width 148mm, depth 235mm, the labyrinth length is approximately 1100mm, speaker cutout diameter is 93mm, installed from outside to inside. Specific dimensions are as follows:

The speaker consists of a cabinet, two side panels, and a grille (for the small size). The side panels are fixed with screws. Before fastening, it is best to apply sealant, sealing silicone is recommended. Fill the cabinet with sufficient sound-absorbing cotton to reduce resonance and cabinet noise



The cabinet and side panels are fixed with M4x16 screws, and the speakers are fixed with M4x8 screws. Before fixing the side panels and cabinet, it is best to apply sealant; silicone is recommended. Before fastening, apply an appropriate amount of sound-absorbing cotton to the inner walls of the cabinet. Thread the speaker wires through the pre-reserved holes in the labyrinth, and seal with silicone after threading the wires


Rubber feet can be used for the speaker. The large size single speaker weighs approximately 1.3kg. If you want it to be more substantial, you can increase the sparse infill to 60%, and the weight will exceed 2.2kg



When installing the speaker, fill it with sufficient sound-absorbing cotton, apply silicone rubber or glass glue to the sides before securing the screws. Ensure M4x16 screws are used
