Shotgun shell holder with belt/molle/pals support
Print Profile(1)

Description
Finding the right shotgun shells from storage can be a bit of a pain when you have steel, lead, tungsten, slugs, etc. in various pellet size combinations. This clip allows labeling, storing and easy retrieval of shells in five shell clips.
Features
Compact, five shell holder that easily slips into a pocket
Easy to snap on and off 12ga shells
Clips on to a belt, webbing, pocket, paracord or whatever
A separate loop works in conjunction with the belt clip to weave the holder to a molle/pals webbing
Compatible with Malice clips, 25mm double-sided velcro, etc.
Room for attaching printed labels or tape for marking the clips with the load type and shot size
Optional snap-on cover to secure the shells further for bumpy rides
Separate stripped version available without the belt clips and the loop
NOTE: an empty holder is slightly curved on purpose. It will straighten out when shells are added.
Printing
PETG filament works well with this, as it is strong, weather resistant, quite resistant to temperature changes and it is bendy and springy.
Very rigid filaments will likely be a bad option for this clip as well as PLA for lack of durability.
Four wall loops works fine and no other fancy print settings were used.
No supports or brim required, but if you have trouble with first layer adhesion, adding a brim may help.
Shell holding strength/tightness can be adjusted by uniformly scaling the print size slightly up or down.
Belt clip and the loop

Optional clip-on front cover

Minimal version without a loop and a belt clip
