Description

Stop buying plastic airlocks and start printing them to fit your specific vessels. The classic S-curve airlock is usually a nightmare to 3D print because of the internal overhangs and "floating" curves. This version has been mathematically redesigned in OpenSCAD to print completely flat on its back.

By using steep internal "V-traps" instead of U-curves, the printer can bridge the internal channels perfectly without a single gram of support material.

  • Fully Parameterized: Adjust the stem diameter to fit any rubber bung or bottle neck (9mm, 10mm, 12mm, etc.).
  • Flat-Back Design: Maximum surface area on the heat bed prevents warping and ensures a watertight seal.
