Description

This case is inspired by https://makerworld.com/en/models/756323-watertight-rak19007-3-meshtastic-case-w-switch#profileId-690587. I really liked this case but had a couple issues with it. I was going to remix it for the T114 but decided to just make my own instead.

I redesigned if from the ground up with a few improvements. This version fits the Heltek V114 V2 with or without screen, I'm planning to add more boards as I work on it. It fits a 3000mAh flat battery and has room for the gps. I've removed the external screws from the top and it now assembles from the bottom and the screws are hidden by the bottom cap. The case uses 2x m3 threaded inserts for clean assembly/disassembly.

I print these in PETG-CF for the texture/feel but they work fine in PETG or PLA also. There are files for the seals to print out of TPU 90A.

The model prints best using a non-compatible support interface material for the bottom surface of the case. PLA for PETG and vice-versa. Everything else prints without supports.

Assembly requires::

  •  2x M3xH4 threaded inserts
  • 2x M3x6 stainless socket cap screws.
