Mafell and Bosch Plunge saw rail adjustment knob

Less than half hour print to save your fingers and blood pressure.

I use Mafell tracks and Evolution tracks which are similar to Festool. The trouble is, you can't easily swap between the two without adjusting the setting wheel. This is really fiddly to grip and I lose track of how many turns I have done on the front and rear wheel. There is nothing to register by other than counting the clicks. This model solves both problems. It makes it easier to turn the knob and easier to see how much you have turned it.

There are two different types. The front knob is slightly swan-necked so as to clear the shape of the base plate, and the rear one is flat as there are no obstructions.

You can also print one slightly over-size if you just want to use it as a spanner if you don't want to leave them on there. I might add this in later when I get a chance. They are a nice snug fit. I have printed in PETG and PLA. I opted for PETG just to avoid and distortion from the heat in the summer that we are definitely going to get. Scorchio!

There are two plates. You only really need plate 1. The other plate will be VERY tight to get them on, so tricky to get them off again.

Best way to use them is to push them on just enough to grip. Then turn both the front and rear wheels all the way anti-clockwise so they are at the minimum position. Then get both front and rear fittings in the same orientation as each other (whatever position you decide on) and push them down into position.
