Description

I’ll be honest: I mostly made these because I realized the iconic bunny shape was basically begging to be turned into a noisemaker. The hand clapper is a piece of ancient, slightly chaotic technology—likely invented by a person who found silence offensive and decided that three pieces of plastic slapping together was the cure. I’ve just updated the "look" for the holiday (makes for an excellent Easter Basket Stuffer).

Boost Me (for free)

I wanted to make sure these were accessible to everyone, so 90 days after release on Makerworld, they'll enter the Public Domain. If you want to remix them into a bear, a different candy, or something weirdly specific at that point, PLEASE go for it.  I don't get exclusive points for this on Makerworld at that point, so boosts are definitely appreciated to help offset the license choice. :)

The Technical Bits

  • A1 Mini Compatible: Everything is laid out to fit even the smallest build plates.
  • AMS or Unicolor: I’ve included a plate for a multi-color AMS print (Plate 02) if you want that white "sugar" detail on the handle, or a single-color version (Plate 01) if you’re keeping it simple.
  • Modular: If your kid (or you) gets too enthusiastic and snaps a clip, I’ve put the individual parts on their own plates so you don’t have to waste filament reprinting the whole bunny.

How to Put it Together

You don’t need glue or tools—just some basic clips.

  1. The Sandwich: Remove the simple supports. Take your two Outside bunnies and sandwich the Center piece (the one with the long handle) between them.

  2. The Anchor (Lock Clip): Slide the Lock Clip in the location provided to keep all the layers from sliding around.

  3. The Tension (Stress Clip): Slide that little U-shaped Stress Clip onto the neck of the bunnies. This provides the "stopper" that makes the momentum not get too out of control for kids. Face the clips in opposite directions for maximum stability.

  4. The Result: Shake it. Annoy your siblings, neighbors, parents, kids. Repeat. Even grandma will hear it; It's quite loud.

Enjoy!
