Parkside PMFAP Router Plate & Adjustable Fence

Upgrade your workshop with this custom 3D-printed router insert plate and adjustable fence designed for the Parkside PMFAP router.

The set allows you to easily convert your trim router into a compact router table setup with secure mounting, adjustable edge guidance, and integrated dust extraction for cleaner and more efficient routing.

The design focuses on simplicity, rigidity, and easy printing. All parts are optimized for FDM printing while maintaining good strength and usability in everyday workshop tasks.

The set includes multiple plate options and fence variants so you can adapt the setup to your needs.

Included Parts

• Router insert plate – 20 mm hole
• Router insert plate – 40 mm hole
• Standard & Extended fence (20 mm longer with longer adjustment slots)
• Test plate to verify mounting hole compatibility with your router before printing the full plate

The extended fence version offers more adjustment range and improved stability for larger workpieces.

⚠ Important Printing Note

Due to the large surface area of these parts, proper bed adhesion is critical for successful prints. Make sure that:

• the print bed is clean
• the bed is properly leveled
• the first layer adhesion is good

This helps prevent warping or deformation, especially on the insert plate. Consider using PETG if you need more endurance.

• Insert Plate: 200 × 160 × 8 mm - available with 20 mm or 35 mm center hole
• Fence attaches using two M6 nuts and two M6x30mm+ screws (not included)

Dust Port

• Inner diameter: 35 mm
• Compatible with many small shop-vac adapters.
