Bionic Gyroid Epiphyte Mount & Complete Drip System 🌿

Elevate your indoor jungle! This modern, modular mounting system replaces rotting wood and messy wire baskets with a breathable, 3D-printed gyroid mesh. It is engineered specifically for Staghorn Ferns (Platycerium), Orchids, and other epiphytic plants that crave high airflow around their root systems.

The exposed gyroid infill acts as a bionic trellis, providing maximum 3D airflow to the root ball to prevent rot while giving roots the perfect geometric structure to grip and climb.

💧 The Mess-Free Watering System

  • Top Auto-Drip Tank: A custom, support-free tank hooks securely to the top frame. Just fill it up, and it will slowly drip water directly into your moss or mounting media.
  • Built-In Water Collection: A sleek, integrated catch-basin at the bottom gathers all the runoff, keeping your walls and floors completely clean and dry!

Board Dimension: 20cm x 25cm

Great design! I dont usually use moss so I did a thicker soil substrate. Currently they are tied to it until their roots hold them up, which won't take long. For 2 I used a transparent petg smoke/gray and 1 a pla matte black. They all printed great, I love them, thanks!

Thanks for the comment! Glad that you like the design. Can you tell me what is mixed into your soil substrate?

Well, I'm not 100% that I've found the best substrate yet, but I used a really fine coconut coir mixed with chunks of coco coir and perlite. I like the chunks because they work their way into the grooves of the board for more stability. It dries out fairly quickly tho, which isn't bad because I can top off the bowl at the top and it slowly drips to water the board and it seems like the bowl holds enough water for each use.
