Description

For all my climbing hold prints, I've primarily used PETG, which works best when it's dry at 0.16 layer and 2-5 fuzziness. ABS is a good alternative. I’ve also tried PLA, which performs well indoors as long as you’re not too heavy and avoid dynamic moves. Avoid overtightening the holds, and use a washer when necessary.

Thanks for the Boost!

The rounded sphere with design forces the hand to engage fully, challenging the fingers, thumb, and forearm muscles with every hold.

Attach it to a pull-up bar, beam, or anchor point using a cord, and add grip training to your climbing sessions or warm-up routine.

These originally took me about 4 or 5 attempts to print due to adhesion issues but was my error not the file. They work great and nice to have to rotate into building grip. I use them for pull ups, dead hangs and attach to plate lifting pin.
