Description
Convenient strainer for handling kefir inoculum
A strainer that holds the kefir inoculum and allows the inoculum to be transferred between jars for comfortable, clean, and hands-free handling. Simply remove the strainer containing the inoculum from the already fermented jar, place it into a clean one, and refill with milk.
Made for jars with an inner mouth diameter between 49 mm and 54 mm and at least 13 cm in height. The perforation diameter is 3 mm. The bottom of the strainer is a hemisphere to naturally accommodate the inoculum, allow for support-free printing, and improve the drainage of the fermented milk.
