One Hard Puzzle - 9-Piece Brain Teaser
Print Profile(3)

Description
One Hard Puzzle
Nine pieces. Trillions of arrangements. One solution.
This deceptively difficult puzzle tests spatial reasoning and patience. Each of the nine pieces has a unique combination of shaped tabs and cutouts — four distinct connector shapes (circle, triangle, hexagon, and square/diamond) — and they must be arranged to form a perfect 3×3 square. It looks like a simple jigsaw. It is not.
A perfect desk challenge, classroom brain teaser, or gift for puzzle enthusiasts and anyone who thinks they're good at this sort of thing.

🧩 The Challenge
Arrange all 9 pieces into a complete 3×3 square.
The rules:
- No gaps or overlaps inside the 3×3 grid
- Tabs may extend beyond the outer border; cutouts may break the outer edge
- Every tab and cutout on every piece must be accounted for
- There is exactly one solution

📦 What's Included
- 9 interlocking puzzle pieces
- Storage box
- Sliding/snap-fit lid with embossed title and shape icons

🖨️ Printing Notes
- No supports required
- Prints well in PLA at standard settings
- AMS and non-AMS Print Plates
- Recommended layer height: 0.2 mm or less for clean connector edges
- Two-color lid with AMS: Use a filament color swap at the text/icon layer for the embossed effect (as shown in photos)
🎯 Difficulty
Hard. Most solvers report it takes much longer than expected. The uniform color and similar-looking connectors are not accidents. Print all 9 pieces in one color for maximum difficulty — they're identical in size, just different in shape
