Description
ring wrist roller for ulnar and radial deviation as well as wrist supination and pronation. With the right angle you can do wrist curls. Kinda like you do for arm wrestling.
The hole is through the handle so you run paracord through and tie it in a knot. I have attached a carabiner on the other end to attach to bands or other devices.
It has fuzzy skin for texture. The handle is 30mm in diameter. You can scale it to adjust it.
