🧠 Behind the Design (For Makers & Moderators) 

This is not a basic 2D text extrusion. This parametric OpenSCAD tool is engineered to create structurally sound, freestanding physical signage. The algorithm dynamically stacks bounding boxes and incorporates a crucial, parametric 'Connection Bar' (Add_Bar and Bar_Offset) logic. This mathematically joins floating cursive script letters and disparate base blocks into a single, cohesive, and printable physical object, elevating it beyond basic text into a structurally sophisticated sign generator optimized for precise Z-height color swapping.

🛠️ What can you customize?

• Custom Text & Fonts: Add any base word and overlay word using standard system fonts (like 'Impact' for the base and 'Pacifico' for the front).
• Perfect Sizing: Adjust the Base_Thickness and Front_Thickness independently for the perfect multicolor overlap.
• Structural Connection Bar: Enable the Add_Bar feature to generate a custom-sized, perfectly positioned support beam that fuses floating letters together, ensuring your sign is robust and freestanding!
• Position Control: Use the offset sliders to shift the cursive text exactly where you want it.

🖨️ Print settings (and multicolor guide)
This model is designed to be printed flat on its back. You do not need an AMS to print this in two colors.

• Material: PLA, PETG or Matte PLA (Matte white and matte black give a beautiful, high-end contrast).
• Infill: 10% to 15% is plenty.
• Walls: 2 or 3 walls.
• Color swap: Simply slice the model, and add a “Pause” at the exact layer where the base thickness ends (for example, at 15mm). Swap your filament from white to black, and resume printing.
• Top surface: Enable ‘Ironing’ on the highest top surface for a perfectly smooth, professional look on the text.
